Initial Consultation & Goal Setting
During the Initial Consultation & Goal Setting session, Max will take the time to understand your unique fitness aspirations, current lifestyle, and any specific health considerations when creating your plan
Two 1:1 Sessions a week
Stay on track and motivated with two 1:1 sessions per week. Including regular assessment and tracking of your progress to ensure continuous improvement
Bespoke Programme
Max will work with you to create a bespoke programme designed around your schedule. Whether you are just looking for a couple of additional sessions to a full 3-5 day session plan
