Nutrition will play a big part in your powerlifting training. Get the most from your sessions by ensuring you are correctly fuelled and ready to go. Max can offer advice and guidance on the right nutrition for your training plan

Two 1:1 Sessions a week

Stay on track and motivated with two 1:1 sessions per week. Including regular assessment and tracking of your progress to ensure continuous improvement

Bespoke Programme

Max will work with you to create a bespoke programme designed around your schedule. Whether you are just looking for a couple of additional sessions to a full 3-5 day session plan
